Update
We have been pretty busy. We took a short trip to NC to see Mike's family and pick up our truck. It was so nice to see everyone and introduce Jacob to the family.
My sister Emily is still here and has been a big help. She had a blast in NC. She went surfing and stayed at the beach as often as she could.
Jacob has started doing so many new things. He will waive bye -bye. He will waive to everyone coming or going, and will do it unitl he gets a response. He says dada, maaa and baba. My favorite thing he does is if I ask him for a smooch, he will grab my face with his hands and open his mouth wide and give me a huge smooch! It melts my heart. No crawling yet but he does scoot backwards and will roll to get anywhere he needs to.
He likes to stand and walk along the couch. It seems like he may walk before he crawls. He does not like his face in the carpet I guess.
His has his first tooth coming in on the bottom. He hasn't been too cranky. We started him on a few veggies and fruits. He is such a piggy!
His last doctors appt was a great one. She said that he looks awesome. She was thrilled with his weight and said that because he is a "little chunker" that means his kidneys are working well.
Nothing stands in his way! He is the happiest little man and is all over the place. It just goes to show what the power of a prayer can do, and the strength it has in numbers. Thank you for all of your love support and prayers! keep them comming!
